A good indicator is being out rebounded by West Virginia 45-21. In an odd turn, the Beilein Scale was not really affected that much. The midgets from Maryland Eastern Shore only turned the ball over 12 times, while WV turned it over 10. The total Beline Scale output for the game was a +26. While we might hit that number again this year, I doubt it will be because of rebounding again.
Joe Alexander is turning into a do-it-all forward for the Mountaineers with 14 points., 11 rebounds, and no turnovers in last nights game. With the 95-49 victory, it's hard to get a feel for anything. The Mountaineers blew out a bad opponent and that's really about it.
